Living My Best Life
You live and learn. By doing so, you grow. In my case, quite literally. I physically grew, so to say. When my weight started to get in the way of Living My Best Life, I decided two things: I would lose the weight, and I would blog about it.
But living the best life you can, does not depend on a healthy body alone. You also want to give, contribute. You want to have fun, travel and explore the world. Become independent and grow as a person. This blog was set up to help you make the most of every day. Lets start living our best life together!
Different yet the same
Most of the things I write, come from personal experience. I’m not an expert in any of these subjects, but I do think my stories can inspire you to make the changes you want. As different as every person might be, I believe we also are very much alike.
Where I am a 38 years old Dutch girl, working together with her husband to build out our own business in Miami, you might be an unemployed guy from Scotland. Yet still, we might have much in common. You too want to be happy and healthy. You too have dreams and goals. And both of us want to make a conscious effort to make things happen. To take action and get things done.
